There were rats in the room. The restaurants are closed. Not even a glass of water of tootha paste for kept. When asked for extension by the paid method they were so rude that you can’t even image.

this is easily the worst hotel stay. from smelly carpets, smoke filled hallways, rude receptionists, this hotel has got the full package . this is not a hotel for family or family with kids. we were told in the restaurant that they do not have any other food except dal kichdi as they are busy with another birthday party. when we asked for ordering food from outside, they refused and then have is an ice cold jeera rice. their attitude was like what can you do.. apparently the management changed recently. even the breakfast was super bad. this service is easily the for the worst hotel service at this level.

The room was not clean and had cockroaches plus there was no WiFi even after several calls at the reception. The person at the reception lied about the internet saying server was down and was not apologetic. The breakfast area was stinking as the carpet was smelling and had cockroaches walking on the buffet table.

It was an amazing experience, the room was clean. The amenities were good amd the food ordered was excellent. Overall a pleasurable experience

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition—cockroaches were everywhere, the entire space had a foul smell, and even the basic fittings like door handles were broken. There was clearly no attention to cleanliness or sanitation, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the price being charged, this level of hygiene and maintenance is unacceptable. I would strongly advise management to take immediate action on pest control, repairs, and basic cleaning before hosting guests.

Good place to stay good place to sty very well maintained

Service is not that good. had to call more than twice for everything. Worst part was there was they provide water only once. If you ask for extra water, they tell to take from the restaurant at cost. Even when I asked for water the next day, I was told to buy from the restaurant. They provide small bottles so it was a big inconvenience. Pool timings are very odd. Also, when we ordered room service, we had to pay then and there and not at checkout. Overall it was okay, also the layout of the washroom is pathetic. Cannot visit there again.

They advertise rooms as worth discounted to, but what you actually get is a room that feels barely worth . The service and upkeep are mediocre at best, with damaged fittings and poor maintenance.

It is a great hotel with great food and very hie gine o really enjoyed the view and food is await alll the working staff are so polite and helpful

Rooms were smelly. Staff was good though. So many cockroaches. Felt like not eating inside the hotel restaurant.

Absolutely bad room condition. The room was smelly and we found cockroaches in the room. The hotel didn’t even provide basic items like a drinking glass or even towels when we checked in. We had to dial room service for everything. Not even basic dental kit was provided.The lights in the room were hardly working and the buttons are dysfunctional.

Good stay. Location and staff are good. Haf a great time.

Our experience of staying at eskay resort was terrible.room was not clean, behind the chair there was empty wine bottle of previous guest , foul smell in room , we are not able sleep up to late night due to loud noise of night bar, cockroaches move freely on breakfast table. I never recommend this hotel to anyone

rooms are not upto the mark. and hotel is completely veg , during book there was no information about that. Also Food quality is bad. lift is also in very bad condition

Nothing great and poor breakfast and rooms are not maintained. Waste of money if hotel with breakfast is booked

Swimming pool is given for training. So it’s upto you if you want to swim along, it’s not private pool. There was a rat in the room where my glass and food was. There was cockroach in restaurant table.

the property was good, but it was understaffed. to get water, it took about half an hour. the inside of the property was good.

Property's food was not good. The pizza's crust was very much thin. The *ENTRANCE AREA* was not clean. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the TV was not working. In the playing area, they don't provide the equipments like- Table Tennis' s racket and its ball, rackets and shuttle in badminton court and even in chess and carrom board *equipments weren't available* instead tourists have to bring it on their own.If any tourist is from other state, how can they bring it?

Staff was very rude, there were constant disturbance because of ongoing construction. Our few items were not returned by the hotel when we left them accidentally during check out.

overall property average... amenities not good... service and behavior good . food fantastic.
