My stay at Ramee Techome was truly wonderful! The bathtub was absolutely amazing, the room was spotless, clean and hygienic. I really enjoyed my time there and would love to stay again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Non smoking not available. Because of that I have to pay 2000 to get non smoking room. Bad smell in the lift.

Excellent 4 star hotel with great amenities.
Location is very close to khar station, very convenient. Amenities are very good. services and maintenance are excellent. Cleanliness is also great. Jacuzzi was my favourite amenity.

Our New Fav Place to stay In Mumbai
Nice and clean with well maintained premises and amenities. Gym is awesome and so is the pool. The rooms were clean and the Jacuzzi in the room worked great. Housekeeping was also great. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Poor Stay
The room had a lot of mosquitos . lights kept coming and going . The layout was highly impractical . telephone never got connected . we were really embarrassed in front of our guests who had come to visit us because of poor service

Our Front Office Manager personally visited the room following your feedback and offered a room freshener, which was accepted. Additionally, we promptly coordinated with MakeMyTrip to arrange a free cancellation for the second night as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the power issue, there was a temporary outage on the evening of 6th May due to an unexpected storm and heavy rain. Power was restored within 10 minutes, and we sincerely regret any discomfort this may have caused. We are also reviewing the issues raised about the room layout and telephone service to ensure necessary improvements are made. Guest comfort is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to taking corrective steps. Excellent Stay
The room is cozy, comfortable and has most amenities. The staff is prompt, cordial and their service is impeccable. I've always had a great time here and I look forward to coming here again. they charge a refundable deposit of 2k when you check in, which is fine. The only downside is, if you give cash, they refund it right away, but if you pay online, it takes 7 days to get it back - which is strange since in a digital era of payments, refunds should be processed at the earliest. Baaki, it was fantastic.

Wonderful Stay Yet Again!
This was our second stay at the property within a year and it was just as pleasant as the first. We booked the One Bedroom Residence, which was spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights for us is the view of the trains, my 2year old absolutely loves watching them go by! It’s a unique touch that keeps him entertained for hours. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

Location was central, food was good. Amenities & services. Really poor Denied on Extra towels than 2 per day and more than 2 water bottles per day. Who does that when you are charging a premium

Some of staff members are not professional
The guy at reception Sohel, was least interested in doing his job and hardly made me feel welcomed. He was rude from beginning and ensured that he will delay my check-in.

Average Stay
Stay was good, room was very clean, hotel Pool was also very good. The only problem we faced was staff's behaviour. Like we ordered empty plates and bowls from room service at 9:30 PM which they agreed to send but we didn't get it. At the time of check out they were asking for 500/- for food stains over hand towels.

Terrible experience
businessI was forced to stay in a smoking room cause all non smoking rooms were sold out. The whole room had a terrible stale smoke smell. It’s like the smell was stuck to everything. As a non smoker, it was nauseating. I barely stayed in the room cause of the smell. And while checking out, I was forced to wait for 20mins extra cause the television in the room wasn’t working. I tried to explain it to them that I had not switched it on even once, but they refused to let me leave without the electrical engineer checking it out. They were ready to blame me for this, and charge me a fee. Turns out, it was just a loose plug point. Overall, a really troubling ordeal.
