Hotel Flora Suites

We don't get any basic amenities in the room like water heater, milk powder, sugar and rooms are too small

We didnt recieved the room the one shown and room wasnt good at all … no any facilities staff was very rude behaviour…

The hotel Flora suits was good and at good location, It was clean and tidy.

Room size very small, quality of room is very bad not clean at all not worth spending money here

The stay was pleasant. Rooms are small but for solo traveller, its ok. The hotel staff is welcoming and polite in nature.

there is no hotel washroom for the people who book and wait for a check in. Also staffes are not cooperative

Using wide-angle (0.5x) photos to make the room look bigger is misleading and disappointing for customers. The walls had peeling paint, the blankets didn’t seem properly washed, and the bed wasn’t dusted well. On the positive side, the washroom was clean, and the staff was friendly. Overall, an average experience — definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and honesty in presentation.

Pros: Its centrally located in the heart of South Mumbai and is one of the few hotels with Good sized windows in the room. The staff is very cold and doesn’t greet or treat the guest with any warmth or regards including the helper boys. Cons: The rooms are extremely small and compact. There is no proper wardrobe or TV console in the room. There is definitely bed bugs in the beds and seepage issue has made every room smell weird even after room freshener. There is no kettle in the room, no provision of coffee or tea available for any guest.

The place as well as management was very humble. we didn't face any problem over there with any stuff.

The fan was very noisy . And rooms were very small . Also the hotel didn't provide water bottles as complimentary. The behaviour of receptionst was rude .

The room was allotted after check in time. The room was too small as compared to the photos. Although it was mentioned that no pets are there on the property, they had one cat that stayed there as their pet, which made us uncomfortable. Overall I would not visit the place again.

Room was small . Bathroom window was broken. No complimentary water bottle was available.
