Review Of Hotel Peninsula Grand

The bath tub was blocked and someone came in to unblock it 45 minutes after I called. The reception scammed me of 700 for cab service saying that the airport is far away and needs at least 40 minutes. No invoice for the shuttle service was provided as well. The early check in is a scam as I was waiting and they checked me in as usual despite the room being available.

Pathetic experience! The rooms are the size of a matchbox with dirty sheets, broken tiles and unclean furniture. The reception is a pain in the ass for the way they deal with their customers. they've got some bizarre rules and won't shy from troubling you throughout your stay. All in all, if you gotta spend so much money on a day's stay, go for a hotel that values their customers.

Service was good & prompt. couldnt taste the food , except Tea , as was rushing for meetings. Room service bit late , can improve better. Iron box missing in the room. Refresh room bath tub - should go for a maintenance. Overall is good , definitely recommend to others

Loud music playing till 3:00 am in some party venue. Rooms are not sound proof. Could not sleep.

I was stuck in the elevator for 16 minutes and they did not hear the alarm for 15 minutes even though it was very loud. The phone number provided for the hotel is wrong so when i called on the phone no answer. Pathetic property.

We have book the hotel for our foreign guest but he was complaining about the room pest control issue cockroach was in the room.
