Sai Palace Hotel

For a four star hotel, the room was quite dark, bed was uncomfortable and every turn would make it squeak - no hand towels were kept, for two guests only one bath towel and dental kit - the food was alright but the room could use a thoughtful makeover.

It is always my first choice, though paying somewhat extra! Excellent in all Aspect of Hospitality..Thank You!

Great rooms, clean and aesthetic, but the breakfast was average. Some food items were good and some were okay. Also, their television is not recharged. Other than that, I have stayed here twice, one of the best hotels in the city.

Check in process was smooth, good food yet overpriced, cosy room , ambient lights cool room . Service was quick ,no rude behavior from staff .,buffet breakfast was included with all kinds of varieties in food. Hot /cold showers, all toiletries in place, clean room . The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay pleasant. The food was quite nice as well. My only concern was the breakfast area—it felt a bit small and stuffy, which was slightly uncomfortable for me as someone with claustrophobia. Aside from that, everything else was lovely, and I had a great experience overall.
