one of the best and comfortable accommodation in Mumbai
just one word "Amazing" for this property. Everything from food to room can be categorised as excellent. Value for money. Not advisable for guests preferring non vegetarian food. Location is exactly as described. Friendly staff and accomodating.

stay at Hotel Shanti Palace
Pictures show big room but in reality room and bathrooms and very congested. Pictures are very decieving and price for the room according to the space is too much

Excellent Stay
Hotel was really good. Clean room, clean washroom and all facilities are up to the standard. Though they serve veg, still food is also tasty.

Poor Stay
Commode was very dirty, washroom not clean, bed also not clean, room was not clean lots of hairs here and there, room had bad smell! not good as shown in photos!

2 day review at club emeral
Overall the rooms we lived in were top notch. Management was kind enough to give us early check-in at 11am. Rooms were clean. Food was pure veg. Wish they had both veg and non veg. Apart from that, everything else was professional.

Decent stay
The hotel has decent rooms but the location of the hotel is slightly secluded. Also, the restaurant option is very limited and all the facilities in the hotel even as basic is swimming pool is chargeable. Breakfast buffet is very average with limited options. Also the entire breakfast is vegetarian with no options of eggs. Also, in terms of live counters only uttapam was available. Good thing is that its completely a non smoking property.

High price zero maintanance
businessHotel property is big but badly maintained, seepage is all over, stinking, shortage of staff. Only visible staff is one person at reception and 2 at the breakfast.

Bad experience
The bedsheet was torn at some places. The morning breakfast had some stale food. The chocolate cake and crossaint were hard as it was made some days back. Did not have a good experience

Though it was a very short stay but lot of things were missing, not as per mark. Service staff was ok but there is a lot of scope of improvement
