Hotel Golden Residency

It was a good stay. People allowed entry before check in time . Also their behavior was nice

dirtiest room ever . fungus ridden rooms. enough to make you sick . no service . dirty bedsheets and pillow cover . no cleanliness

The rooms are vulnerable, and when we enter the room, the room is full of mosquitos it's like never open from 2-3 months, blankets have very disgusting smell, there is no ventilation in room as well as in bathroom, the bathroom is too small, what the make my trip mention in amenities, there is no such things, the Air conditioner had no remote, there was no TV, there was no dustbin. We stayed there because we have just spend 1 night, the price is pocket friendly.

Property location was near to airport, but little bit got lost as it was bit inside a lane. Hotel in make my trip seemed good and big but after reaching there it was average. Rooms had broken door of almirah, broken bathroom knob from inside, walls had cracks. But an average stay for 2-3 days if we are going for less number of days and if we want to stay near airport.

No cleaning no cooperative no breakfast very bad experience

when we actually visit the room was totally different. But we're not in the position to change the hotel because of not enough time & other work so we need to compromise. The lock of the bathroom was broken and one the the bathroom only got locked from inside so they the directly braked the lock really not worth it

Worst hotel ever.. nothing was cleaned.. cob webs dust collected in every corner, smell of damp and the amount of mosquitos.. worst experience of my life.. the photos are fake or old.. even the ac unit wasn’t working properly

Had to ask for everything including towel, soap, drinking water, breakfast, room freshner, etc managed because it was a solo travel and only a night stay.

Nice hotel to stay. Very supporting and well mannered staff. Good experience in this hotel. Definitely suggest to others to stay.

We stayed here 2 nights with family. Staff behaved too politely and helpful one suggestion there is thousands of mosquitoes in ground floor and in our room also although we have managed too. Do something on that so everyone enjoys their stay at your hotel like home.

Good location and rooms at this price at mumbai. No food option. Only for stay at low price. Near vile parle station and juhu beach

Bed was comfortable. But walls were untidy and ac was broken and attached with tape. Bathroom was too tiny.

The staff was good however the rooms need to be clean specially the linen. The location is good. The atmoshpeherr is also good.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The pictures are good but the actual room is nowhere close to photos. The room is very small, smelly and fungus on the walls. Bathroom was very dirty as if it hadn't ever been cleaned. There were lots of mosquitos and the hotel didn't even provide mosquito repellent. When i complained to the hotel manager, he wasn't bothered. He said no to everything we requested. He said ye to majboori ke saude hain sahab. Hum kuch nah i karenge. Highly unprofessional attitude.

Very good place, peaceful environment and helping staff.

Wash room has been cleaned at all and full of mosquitoes and water was leaking from the commode. I did even take bath as it looked really horrible very bad rooms everseen and booked through makemytrip trip.
