Average Stay
Location is the USP of the hotel. Cleanliness was also good. Size of room was also fine. However room amenities were not like star hotel. No shaving kit, no shoe shiner, no Tea kit and kettle. Some basic amenities available in without star rating hotels were missing. Food was good but a bit expensive.

location: as per my opinion one of the best hotel for budget stay near marine drive. food: very decent food is served, taste wise good. staff is also very cooperative and humble. rooms: I stayed in executive room having 440 sq.ft area. Rooms are airy, spacious with one standing balcony. they need to give small refrigerators in rooms. One specific comment regarding bathroom is they have little bit small sized bathroom and anti-skid mate will be very beneficial and safe for elderly. it should be placed in bathrooms. service: staff is humble and co-operative.

Poor Stay
The property management is poor. Bathrooms had leakage, bath tubs extremely slippery. No tea coffe cattle in room. Mattress quality extremely poor.

Convenient and clean
I had to be near south Mumbai for an early appointment and this was very good in terms of going against the traffic.

It's in a very good location. Staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast options are ok and reasonable normal taste. Room could be revamped as rhja properery it's still in heritage mode

Hotel is not providing stay bil
They are not providing the bills till now....at the time of my check out the counter person said that there is some error in system , He will send me the bill on my whatapp number...when contacted on 16.07.2025 he said he will submit 16.07.2025.. But till now they have not submitted...it is terrible , Ridiculous and horrifying at its own..

Very expensive and poor facilities and condition of the hotel. Had water issues as well, not recommended.
