Poor Stay
The service is declined significantly. Room had cockroaches and RO system was unclean. In name of breakfast only. Plate of Idli or Dosa or Poha is served with a small cup of tea. In short no use to opt for breakfast. Toiletries and tea items are never kept and last day was completely missing. Help desk is handled with junior people with no issue resolution. This was my last stay and now I will avoid staying here.

Excellent property
Very good service. Rooms are clean. Toilets are clean. Kitchen is beautifully arranged. Cookware available. Dining sets, LPG ovens available. Refrigerator, Washing machine, microwave ovens available

Does not care clients..
Hot water was an important requirement. We are unhappy about this and didn't expect this to happen here. You promised to rectify it yesterday and didn't do it. We asked for a bucket and mug which also not provided. We had to take warm water bath by collecting warm water from the kitchen in drinking water bottles.

TERRIBLE
Very dirty and stinking property ... sofas were full of stains , bed was so small that only one person could have slept in it. There were Mosquitos and overall it was a bad experience , I checked out within 1 hour of checking in ... don’t go there

Unhygienic condition of apartment
There were cockroaches all over the place . When I complained they have shown other apartment which is again full of cockroaches. Then finally they have given some other vendor’s apartment . They were suppose to provide us the breakfast which they never did. The apartment which was given to us its wardrobe also stinks. Very unhygienic condition. We have to stay there for 5 days as we already paid.

Average Stay
Location was good But kitchen was not fully equipped & towels provided were very low quality , no door mat was provided inspite of reminder. Other facility was good Rest of things were satisfactory.

Average... Need to maintain properly.
I stayed here few times earlier which was very good and In enjoyed staying here. This time it is just average.While the overall stay is OK, I observed small cockroaches roaming around the flat. The food delivery by Zenia team was late and I had to rely only on Swiggy

Zenia service apartments, Regent hill, Hiranandani, Powai
We stayed for 3 days to join our son in IIT Bombay. This is single bedroom apartment and a Sofa bed both of which can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. Kitchen is fully equipped with all required utensils, water purifier, Fridge and also a washing machine cum Drier. Check in is very smooth. Our stay also included with free breakfast supplied to home and is good. They ask for choice of breakfast a day before the stay. House keeping is done daily which includes washing utensils. It is part of Hiranandani buildings whose build quality is world class. If you are planning to stay with family this is best place.

Average Stay
Pros: 1) Location 2) Privacy 3) cleanliness 4) prompt and courteous house keeping staff Cons: 1) torn sofa 2) broken dinning table chair 3) torn Towels 4) breakfast quantity for two was less compare to normal appetite of any normal adult. 5) tariffs a bit expensive for the property.

Poor Stay
I travel to Zenia every month, but I don’t feel that the property is worth the 7K I'm paying. There’s always some issue with the apartment. One time, there was no TV remote; another time, the AC wasn’t working. During my most recent visit, the fridge was not functioning, and all the food we had ordered went to waste.
