Not a great experience at all. I wont recommend this stay at all. First of all the actual location of this property is far away 2 kms. Caretaker of the property was also very rude and hard of hearing. He kept doing the things he wanted. He didn’t listened to us. The worst experience was the breakfast thing. They didn’t informed us earlier that they are offering only limited breakfast and on the last day they said they just offer 1 small bowl of poha and paratha in breakfast. And even if you want coffee, in breakfast that is chargeable. Not a good experience.

family with 2 kidsThe property was well maintained; however, there were two significant issues. First, two attendants stayed inside the apartment—one in the hall and the other in the kitchen. In a 2 BHK setup, this made it uncomfortable for our family, especially since we had females with us. We felt restricted to the rooms and couldn’t even use the kitchen. Second, the property manager contacted me two days before our stay, demanding my corporate ID. I had booked, and it wasn’t a corporate booking. Despite this, he insisted on a corporate ID, claiming the property wasn’t available for non-corporate guests. Fortunately, I am a corporate employee and was able to provide it. However, the thought of the booking being canceled just two days before our stay—had I not been able to comply—was concerning. Such properties should not be listed on under these conditions.

No food availability no house help delivery from zomato, blinkit not available. One needs to go by self to the gate to get the delivery not good for females mosquitoes were there

Family-friendly service apartment, well serviced with a comfortable stay and availability of all amenities. Food, location, and service- everything is super. In case one is looking for convenience and would like to enjoy the time, this is a great choice.

Photo and actual room size is very small, the edges of the beds are so pointed. Home food is very good
