The room was too small Washrooms were dirty The tap was leaking The wall was wet with tiles cracked The food got delayed and was tasteless

The zinger hotel overall is hote good in terms of ambience and service. However the quality of room (considering the price paid) could be considerably improved. The room provided had scrapped walls and damaged skirting. Also the wooden flooring was uplifted at one instance. The room service can also be improved considering the service time, where I was addressed my order and hour late. Room view is superb and bit worth for price. Overall hotel is good for stay

Great location, delicious food, ok amenities, services average

The room was a mess the floor was dusty all the time floors were not cleaned properly, i left a dirty wet towel on the floor and they just left it there, same thing with polythene covers etc. they were left on the floor to be cleaned but that was not done the bed sheets were also dusty and they refused to make the bed twice in one day.

Ginger is a famous brand of hotels, so I just searched one near airport for a night halt. It was good and the location was fine with accessible things around. It was calm and peaceful in and around the stay.

cancelled one day booking but hotel staff not co operative for approval after several times continuously follow up with them they approved...and process for refund. morning Tea missing restaurant start time is 11 am. helpful staff for approval Miss priti and Miss Laxmi...both help me for understanding my issue.

The hotel management was terrible, zero cleanliness, we asked for clean kettle 20 times in the span of 3 stays of our stay there and we were not given a clean kettle at all , the towels and linen was dirty , overall the management was bad as well as the overall experience was not pleasing at all.

Being a business hotel, it is very much functional as it will suit any business traveller, cozy and friendly to the pocket. The breakfast spread was quite sumptuous and gladly offering extra live offering like omlet etc. The location is very close to T2 Airport at Mumbai well suited for late night landings. It has met our expectations more than adequately and the bathroom accessories were sufficient and if quality. They are conscious of the Brand Value. We recommend

It is convenient to access Andheri Western Express Highway and to Andheri station. Food is also good.
