The property is very good but the major problem is food the resort only offers buffet lunch or dinner which cost around 850 pp for dinner and 650 pp for lunch which is not feasible for couples.They should incorporate ala carta menu

We were waited apex 45 minutes during initial check in as they were not interested to allocate rooms for booking. No food service allowed in the rooms and also not provided liquor on saturday night due to the heavy rush of peoples.

Absolutely mediocre - will not recommend

soloMuch to my surprise Silvassa is a town that sleeps early (at least the locals). I was uncertain that I would have to stay back and hence booked the hotel post 11 pm. Most hotels are spread out and hence I preferred to call and check if the restaurant or the bar would be open at 11 pm. After most hotels told me that the restaurant was closed for the day I ended up at Khanvel Resort where luckily the staff at the reception was on duty. When I asked him for a room he seemed to be uncertain and called up his manager. I had already checked up on MMP and rooms were available. He said it was year end and hence the hotel rooms were in short supply. I immediately booked the room on MMP for almost half that price. The room was spacious but with full interiors. The air conditioning was not effectively working and hence I had to rely much on the ceiling fan. There was an electric kettle and coffee but no spoon. The bathrooms had towels but no dental kit or face tissue. Thankfully I had to spend just one night and hence wound up for the night. The other staff at the restaurant was very courteous and helpful though. Breakfast was absolutely mediocre and didn’t have too many options (eggs/ non-veg were anyways prohibited). I didn’t have time to visit the pool or the spa.

There is no restriction for wearing a mask. People were just roaming around without mask. They should check whether people are vaccinated or not. The charge for food per day per person was ₹1500+GST but didn’t find it worth at all. Property is maintained but there were so many worms around in the room and we had to call room service to throw them out. It was a good stay but not a great one.

water leakage and food pricing

There were water leakage in toilet of my room. They are not providing any food service after dinner or lunch. They are providing just 4 food timing after that no service. The price of those food are way too expensive. Dinner is of 650₹/person.
