Worst hotel

Recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Thank you, for making my trip memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

Very bad experience in check in midnight, horrible. No hotel gate opened 30 min standing outside hotel with my team members. Very bad

This hotel has a very good service and the staff is very cooperative. The laces nearby are beautiful and one can stay in this hotel. The rates are very cheap as compared to other hotel nearby and this is a very good hotel for large group who come for picnic or any official work

All were good but no complimentary water and drainage issues in bathroom.

आम्ही हॉटेल ला थांबलो होतो येथे स्टाफ अतिशय बेशिस्त आहे कुणीही आवाज दिल्यानंतर येत नाही आम्ही रात्री साडेअकरा वाजेपर्यंत रूम सर्विस साठी बोलत होतो कोणीही येत नव्हतं आले तरी टाईमपास उत्तर देऊन जात होते आमच्या रूमचा एसी चालत नव्हता शेवटी आम्ही टेलिफोन कोणी उचलत नव्हते आम्ही स्वतः रिसेप्शनला गेलो तरीही उडवा उडवी चे उत्तर दिले एसी थोड्या वेळात चालू होईल असे सांगितले गेले परंतु तसं काही झालं नाही आणि स्टाफ त्यांच्या रूममध्ये जाऊन झोपून गेला आम्ही त्या स्टाफच्या रूमचा दरवाजा वाचून वाचून हैराण झालो

I stayed here one night along with my wife during our Silvassa trip. The price we paid for the rooms was not worth the facilities. The rooms were average and kind of dirty. The pillow covers were so dirty we had to ask the staffs to change it. They replaced the pillow cover but I would expect them to do it on the first hand before giving the room keys. There were lot of staffs in the hotel but they all seems to be very uninterested. The food was average and there was nobody to provide proper service in the restaurant. The guy who took the order didn't write it down and bring only half the food. Their behavior was not bad but they simply looked uninterested to do any better service.

Average with very very less option.

Located on slope of mountain. Sunrise view from balcony is amazing. Friendly staff. Loved to visit again.
Overall it was superb experience. Booked through MakeMyTrip. First day I changed my room two times because in first room geyser was not working. But immediately manager allotted us other room. Staff is very friendly. Food was best part of the stay. Yummy breakfast like aloo paratha with curd, Poha, omelette etc.
