Ramada comes across as an obvious choice given its location. Acting as cherry on the cake is it’s delectable cuisine - I am referring here to the buffet spread available for breakfast and dinner. In fact, over the last one year that I have been staying here, the quality of preparation has only improved, in fact, I am pleasantly surprised each time I have been here.

Hotel staff with their own initiative upgraded the room to provide smoking room. Air Port transfer was not provided. Convenience: This was as close to the airport as one could possibly get. They have a complimentary transfer to Terminal 1, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking, so that came as a welcome bonus. Good, clean rooms, responsive staff. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant. Would stay again for sure.

I got a nice deal since booked through Make My Trip being. Although I stayed in the hotel for less than 8 hours only, having not experienced anything except a short sleep for a few hours, as I had to catch the flight at 5 am. Overall interior of the room, the size, cleanliness and nice behaviour of the staff, I interacted with was good. I checked out at 3:30 am without any hassle. Nothing negative to comment really. Good Price and location, just behind Vile Parle local station and took 10 minutes to reach airport.

The restaurant was remarkable and overall The hotel was an excellent option well Worth The cost. I think they should place more than a little of water in The room though as it hardly costs a lot. I like The new board games availability option they advertised although we didn't use it. Tv channels were hard to navigate as many channels stopped display after The trial period was up and hard to figure which one was consistent but we came for The view anyway. Great staff and very helpful.

For a traveler to Bombay, this is an ideal location situated near the commercial hubs of corporates and business. The owner Poonam comes down to check the premises and gives friendly advice to the staff and guests. For a newcomer like me to Mumbai, this is the best accommodation-rate wise, pleasant and safe environment as well you get to meet individuals from very good backgrounds. Mumbai Durbar does not rent its place to nonsense and disturbing characters. They pick their guests neat and handle issues deftly. Good Hospitality both from the owners and their staff will keep you focused on the purpose of your visit to Mumbai.

The location was very good on the main road itself of MIDC area of Andheri-east where I had a business meeting. The hotels exteriors and interiors are plush and feels good. The restaurant and the lobby area looks nice too. The staff is very courteous and make u feel welcomed except that they look too helpful with carrying your luggage etc as I saw even lady guests carrying their own luggage to their rooms maybe they say “they are a boutique hotel” is the reason. The check-in was late as I had to wait for around 40 minutes even after the check-in time was 12noon. I saw many guests waiting for their check in. The hotel rooms look old as they have marks on their furniture with dirt stains on their chairs, chemical stains on the toilet seats, etc. The cleanliness otherwise is good. They have a decent gym with a very helpful & courteous person handling the entire spa & wellness area. I forgot to get his name. Overall a decent stay.

This time tried karl residency as opposed to my usual choice of park view for the purpose of stay during official trips and I must say I wasn't disappointed... Didn't try the restaurant so cannot comment on the food but the room allotted to me was spacious and clean. Just a suggestion : The room cleaning service can be done when u see the client going out of the room and completed before they return back to their room rather than sending the room service boys to clean the room while we are presenting in the room. Overall a decent place , close to andheri station and most other locations. Recommended!

I stayed for 2 nights and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Though, most of the time I was outside for meetings but when I was there, it was fun. The property has 2 to 3 clubs that makes this property a wonderful stay over the weekends as whenever you want you can hang out to these clubs and enjoy different music and drinks. Located only few km away from Juhu Beach and few steps away from Amitabh Bacchan residence (Jalsa).
