Hotel Highway Inn

The Hotel Highway Inn staff is amazing. I was a regular at vishal hall the Hotel Highway Inn attached to this. But highway in is so much better. I’m impressed everytime I go here. This must be my 3rd-4th time. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is polite and so welcoming and warm. The best thing I like about them are the little things that they do… like lending me their umbrella at late night… or arranging for curd and hing at 1am because I got loose motions from over eating station street food and all nearby medical stores were closed… I had an early morning train to catch not only did they wake me up but they kept my tea/coffee ready so that I don’t get late… they would hold my grandma’s hand while getting off the steps and greet her and keep her entertained when I was out all day for work… they have an amazing in-house kitchen that serves delicious food for a reasonable price… everything I had from their kitchen was at discount. Check in and check out is smooth and really fast. The rooms are spacious and the bed has excellent lumbar support with super soft pillows… it feels nothing less than a 5 star Hotel Highway Inn with slippers and kettle and ironing board. There was only two things that could improve; one the bathrooms are a little old and cramped I had an issue with hot water being available someone has to switch it on from the terrace and my toilet seat was really thin and the shower didn’t work properly. But nothing you can’t adjust to it’s just as posh as the room was the bathroom didn’t match that’s all… and the second thing was a few of their female staff is kinda rude for something that really wasn’t a big deal but I rather not mess with them just didn’t feel like it was worth it… which is a huge contradiction to the rest of the staff who go above and beyond the call of duty! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much for everything!

It was worth the money, the room had no windows, but that's how things are in mumbai on a main road. Staff was helpful and safe place for families to stay, next to vishal hall which is a known place for locals. Recommended by my bro in law, will reccomend for others.

The rooms are neat and tidy and wash room also good for these price. And it is well located near metrostation and local and it is in busy area. I had a pretty decent stay the property is safe and in busy area.

Staff service is good stay is comfortable, clean rooms, 117 and 118 room type of rooms are really nice and good. Have not taken any photos of the stay next time, i will remember

This is a nice experience to stay with your property, it is safe for couples and cleanliness is on other levels.
