Hotel Highway Inn

I have extended my stay here. Its just the location ppl are payung for. 1. They denied plates if food is ordered from outside. 2. Its been 3 days, they are unable to send someone to clean the room. Prepared with reasons. 3. No tea, coffee in the room. 4. I had to request kettle but they are unable to provide a point for that too. 5. They blanket they provided was dirty and they promised to give a fresh one next day but failed to do that. 6. Sudden water blockages in bathroom. Dont be surprised. Staffs have smile on their faces. Thats it. Thanks.

Good location, clean & customer friendly.

As the hotel is not far from Andheri Railway Station, getting there was easy. The stay was pleasant. The hotel staff were courteous & they don't save costs on complementary offerings. Overall a good experience 👍

When I first entered the hotel on seeing the reception I felt it was like the other typical Mumbai hotels where looks are deceiving. But surprisingly, the room was spacious and they have wonderful food as well as room service. Food also is good and not too expensive. Would certainly recommend stay over here. If I am visiting next this would be my first preference.

The hotel is in a decent locality, entry etc is not shady. The rooms are well maintained. The amenities provided are also good like dental kits, shaving kits, irons, ironing boards.

Andheri station is nearby, metro is also nearby, room is ok except stains on walls, no disturbance, outside food is allowed, reception person is ok, but while checking out they made us wait 5mins just to check if we didnt steal anything from the room! Thats the only drawback of this hotel.

The food is delicious, cooperative management, safety, plenty of space to park, comfortable stay, clean rooms and clean toilets

stay was very good as it is near the railway and metro station. easy to commute . room was clean 👌

The bed and washrooms were clean, but the furniture was broken and the room had a damaged wall/paint. Average experience, if the overall room quality could be improved, this will be a great stay.

Room was not as brief over the call. They told me that delux room is new. It seems new but some things were missing. Shower flow is very low. Very basic products are provided. Door was also not properly working. We have to closed too forcefully then it might be locked.

The hotel staff is amazing. I was a regular at vishal hall the hotel attached to this. But highway in is so much better. I’m impressed everytime I go here. This must be my 3rd-4th time. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is polite and so welcoming and warm. The best thing I like about them are the little things that they do… like lending me their umbrella at late night… or arranging for curd and hing at 1am because I got loose motions from over eating station street food and all nearby medical stores were closed… I had an early morning train to catch not only did they wake me up but they kept my tea/coffee ready so that I don’t get late… they would hold my grandma’s hand while getting off the steps and greet her and keep her entertained when I was out all day for work… they have an amazing in-house kitchen that serves delicious food for a reasonable price… everything I had from their kitchen was at discount. Check in and check out is smooth and really fast. The rooms are spacious and the bed has excellent lumbar support with super soft pillows… it feels nothing less than a 5 star hotel with slippers and kettle and ironing board. There was only two things that could improve; one the bathrooms are a little old and cramped I had an issue with hot water being available someone has to switch it on from the terrace and my toilet seat was really thin and the shower didn’t work properly. But nothing you can’t adjust to it’s just as posh as the room was the bathroom didn’t match that’s all… and the second thing was a few of their female staff is kinda rude for something that really wasn’t a big deal but I rather not mess with them just didn’t feel like it was worth it… which is a huge contradiction to the rest of the staff who go above and beyond the call of duty! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Hotel is not good looking from outside but it's staff and manager are well behaved,,rooms are also very good and service providerld too are excellent

Stay was nice. Rooms were clean with all aminities required for a guest. Location is excellent with Air, rail connectivity..

The rooms are neat and tidy and wash room also good for these price. And it is well located near metrostation and local and it is in busy area. I had a pretty decent stay the property is safe and in busy area.

Manager of property is very rude person, he took my photos even after submitted proper ID proof, he provided disfunctional room after saw we are couple, he committed crime by taking my photos without my consent, and told us it's hotel policy, Dear friends, please rest on foothpath of mumbai rather choosing this property

Access card is not working and staff are extremely rude. Not even clean room. Every time ask staff to access room
