Benhur Hotel

The room was alright. Cleanish. Not great. Stains on pillows. Room service, front desk and security guards need improvement.

Room and surroundings were clean. Wi fi password, restaurant timing and menu was not there inside the room. For everything we had to call reception and ask. Front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming. Food is average.

Room is really nice however in room and Restraunt services can be improved upon

Excellant stay at Hotel Benhur with spacious rooms and clean rooms. It is outside the city but locality is very peaceful. Restaurent serves good food and breakfast. Must visit if you are in Kochi

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the amenities provided were satisfactory.

They would charge for water refills! Terrible. This is not something you would expect from a 3/4 star hotels!

Excellent location, very clean and large rooms. Restaurant serves tasty cuisine and fairly large portions too. Has sufficient parking space. Staff are very courteous too. Very moderately priced for the facilities provided.

Their service was excellent really great , and the property was well maintained. I really need to mention their restaurant because their food was great with quality and quantity. They have a rooftop bar please do vist the atmosphere is so good. I was there for 3 days and all the 3 days were really good. There breakfast menu is purely veg

I asked them to hold the room for a very late check in and they obliged. As parking is limited, it was difficult to park the car but there again they went all out and found me a safe spot. The room service dinner was nice as was the la carte breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. A very satisfying experience totally.

Benhur hotel centrally located. Rooms are very clean to International standard. Food is also very tasty with less spicy. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay in the middle of city .Good food , friendly and supportive staff and most importantly they have set of hard working people who strive to make this place immaculately clean . The stay was nice. They do not have breakfast buffet but the la carte breakfast was good. Parking might be a problem although I got a spot for both days of the stay. Drinking water provided, 2# 500 ml bottles, is not adequate for even one person. They charge for extra water. Room was good, well furnished. Overall, stay was nice.

We had few relatives visit for a function and we had them stay at Hotel Benhur. The place is very well maintained very nice rooms with large toilets. Staff is very nice. We were also able to do a dinner at the mammas restaurant very conveniently to extremely easy to manage a large group with kids.

Immaculate clean hotel and premises in the middle of city .Very close proximity to forum mall ,Pettah metro station also they have in-house restaurant which serve authentic Kerala food as well as continental food .I must say hostess who welcome guests to the resturant is very kind also staffs are well trained . Sincere appreciation to front office team and house keeping team for keeping this property immaculately clean. Extended my stay considering the great customer first approach from front office team .Keep up the good work. Much love to you all
