Extremely disappointing stay. Basic necessities like soap and drinking water were not provided, which is unacceptable. The bedsheets were so dusty, it triggered wheezing and made it very uncomfortable to rest. The room was completely different from the photos shown online — definitely misleading. Not at all recommended for couples or families looking for a clean and reliable place to stay. The only positive is that the temple is very close, but aside from that, this place fails on all fronts. Wouldn’t stay again. And sorry I haven't clicked any photos of the hotel stay so I have uploaded 3 blank photos, but you can also verify our summary with other customers review because everyone has complained a lot about this hotel. Good thing is the cost was bit affordable compared to other hotels but a poor stay

It was good no issues

There is no restaurant in the property but within 100 metres there is more than 5 restaurants provide veg and non-veg foods.so feels good about that. Location of the property is very near to the bus stop..so no worries about travelling.Then they provide us good facilities but also looking for some extra upgrades..very much satisfied this time ..thank you..this is my second time am staying at the same ..

very greedy and self centred staff and the owner. does not even bother to even provide the very basic necessities...such as water, towels etc...in the room. if when asked for, simply neglect the customers. Not even bothered to rectify the problems connected with the AC and make the guests walk up and down like hell for fixing up the same. absolutely the worst experience and I seek an explanation from both PPG as well as Make my trip for making our trip to chottanikkara temple a horrible experience. We have decided to move on with a complaint with the consumer forum for cheating us with the wrong description of basic amenities provided at the stay.

It was good stay but lot of noise around. The water overflowing from tank was too noisy especially couldn't sleep in night. The space and bathroom was clear. Ac was working properly. There was no soap or shampoo, water bottle given at this tourist home.

Pp g property located very near to chottanikkara temple, and budget friendly rooms and affordable. I booked non-ac room, was clean, bathroom also clean. Sufficient for a family. No space or sitting amenities for visiters, all have to stand at reception. That's not proper management. No water, no wifi, no towels, no separate bed sheets. So for non ac double room, bring water, bedsheet, your own mobile data. Sleep is disturbed by mosquito, even if windows and doors are covered with net. For a budget friendly non ac room with price 654- plus gst is affordable and ok to proceed.

Positives - cleanliness, location near to temple, staff behaviour etc. But for the given room size, that too with non ac and with no breakfast and non seasonal time the price charged for this room is very high. Make my trip pols look in to this and have your own matrix for deciding the room prices according to the area, amenities provided, room size etc.

It was not a good experience. Very bad service. Double ac room no cupboard no, blanket no, hot water proper no, bed sheet no. Blanket no no response. They are not telling anything in properly. Room cleaning persons no. Dustbin no. Water bottle no. Bed cover is not cleaned. It was a worst experience.

Staff were not from kerala and even they refused to accept booking. At last they provided a dirty room with lot of notice around and lights coming from outside. Not advisable for family as per my experience

The picture shared is tottaly different when checked in, poor interaction with gust, I would say, Tottaly a worst experience. Not recommending.

Very good service friendly staff. Easily approachable looking forward to stay again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Good atmosphere. Budget friendly stay, easily accessible to chottanikkara temple, quiet place for stay.

Had a nice experience here. Staff was very polite and caring. Room was clean and good. Bathroom was also clean and good. Hot water was available for all time.

Poor amenities, low quality maintenance. Not good for family stay. Bathroom very pathetic. Mugs and bucket broken. Geyser working, no hot water. Television not working. Called boy and he tried and left the room saying nothing. Staff don't know local language and not trying to understand what the customer ask

Room was not that cleaned and there is cockroach everywhere Blanket and pillows smells like very bad Staff behaviour was good 😊 It’s just like normal room not hotel no charging point near bed room
