However, there were a few areas for improvement. The breakfast options could have been more diverse, and the parking space was a bit limited, making it challenging for guests with vehicles. No lift and no system invoice and extra. No support for evening refreshment

The stay was excellent. The rooms were large and good. Though buildings are old, they maintained it well. Bathrooms are big. The staff is so friendly and they are ready to help with anything. Connectivity is also good with mg road metro station nearby and bus stop. They are a minute walk away.

Close to town hall and mg road. Clean. Comfortable room. Had no issues with the hotel. Only draw back is no restaurants.

Happy to share the feedback of 2 nights stay in dp oberoi cochin. 1- location: at chittoor road with all major points near by such as mg road metro, in between north and south railway station (1. 5 km) all shopping points near by, plenty of budget and luxury restaurants in the surroundings etc. 2- pricing: mm t offered best available price for two nights (2021 october first week. Undoubtedly best deal. 3- staff and service: only limited number of staff available, but it never affect service they provide. Excellent response with politeness and kindness spotted. 4- parking: limited parking available at hotel, but sufficient pay parking facility available just infront of the hotel. 5- cleanliness: rooms and corridors are well maintained and hotel assured all covid protocols such as sanitization and social distancing. Also noted that tv connection not available in some rooms due to covid outbreak.

I am giving 3 out of 5 for DP Oberoi Residency. The staff was of okay type. The cleanliness was also mediocre. Overall a very mediocre stay.

It was a pleasant stay. No issues with noise, even though the hotel is at a centre place, easy to locate. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom is commendable. Linen was of good quality. AC was comfortable. Wifi is there. Hot water is there 24 hours. Veg and non veg food is available close by. What more do you require? Can think of providing a news paper in the room.
