Hotel is very bad condition not recommended to any other customers please because it's not neat and clean

Not at all recommended. The worst room i have ever stayed. Not cleaned properly, the pillow covers and bedsheet are not changed. Bad smell in bathroom, full of dust in wardrobes and furnitures

Room was not ready at the check-in time. Bathroom was not cleaned and it was kept as left by previous guest. No bath towel and soap at the room. Later they provided the same up on request. Tv was not working properly. This is a lodge which is maintained at bad state. Not suitable for family. I am totally disappointed with the stay. You can get better hotels at this rate nearby.

Recently i have stayed at halal residency for 1 night. This was my 2nd stay at halal residency, room was clean but not well maintained, some of the lights were not working, also they have not provided a blanket for us. There were cockroach inside the room, bathroom was clean and hot water is also available. And also there is a cafeteria near to the hotel which is open for 24*7, that was helpful.

Room was good. Tv was not working. Cleanliness was also fine. Need to take care of locks. The locks of room i felt is not good

Overall good experience but the cleaning was done after we reaching so we have to wait and toilet was little smelly

After getting the confirmation, the hotelier denied check-in when the customer reached at hotel. Very poor experience never book this hotel. Worst staff. Worst services.

the quality of the rooms were not as per the photos. the toilet seat was broken. i know it’s only, but there should be some decent standards to it. that’s pretty much it. the staff were alright. it’s only the quality of the place. kind of like cat fishing.

Good place to stay for 1-2 days. The staff is very good and friendly. My only grouse. They give water bottles. For a person like me who swat a lot and drink lots of water, it is big headache. Otherwise worth staying

I booked room with complimentary breakfast option. I booked room for 2 days and onr the 1st day i had to walk behind then asking for breakfast. And the staff purchased breakfast from a nearby shop n charged me for the breakfast. The next day i did not get the breakfast itself. Strictly unprofessional. And the staffs are not trained properly. Rooms are too congested. For family they might feel suffocated. I personally did not like the stay and its experiences.

The workers are very good to customers.
