It was excellent stay, staff was very supportive and well maintained. only thing I was disappointed that SPA was closed temporary. This is one of the reason I booked this hotel. If such services not available, should mention at tgetime of booking only.. Otherwise everything and location was well

A decent stay, the property was clean and parking was also available. The reception staff was also friendly and the check-in procedure went smoothly.

The room was little noisy. But it was decent. Breakfast was good and the hospitality of the hotel staff was very good.

As usual always a happy stay. Clean hygienic rooms, love the friendly staff so professional and smiles galore when they meet you. Food is good and will definitely take minor customisation for food. Well connected to the metro and quite a few important malls and dining options in the vicinity.

Breakfast was not good... and for drinking water we should pay extra... for the same rate many other hotels are providing more and more

Location Is at MG Road Food didn't have as it had same veg and non veg kitchen , but they are allowing Food from Swiggy Zomato Rooms are good

Property is located at a walkable distance from metro station. Comfortable stay, friendly staff and a clean room.

The property is a good one, the rooms are nice but the service given by the staff is very bad, to say the least. The staff is non responsive and inexperienced. No senior manager is available to raise a grievance. I suggest that Make my Trip take off this hotel from the list of their hotels and save themselves from further such reviews. I for my part will warn anyone going to Kochi to stay away from this hotel.

The staff is really unresponsive and lacks basic hospitality. You have to give multiple reminders to get even a small thing done. The rooms are also not very clean - used towels, dirty washrooms. Moreover, the food isn't good either.

Room is tiny, not sufficient space for a family, not cleaned properly blankets are poor in cleanliness breakfast is average with minimum choice

Great budget stay close to the main road and near to marine drive staff are very polite and service is great.

We had a comfortable stay in trios hotel. The location is ideal as it is in the city. Car parking is available. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only issue i found was that the floor is always wet though they keep it clean. It may be because of the weather. In that case they can put carpet in the floor. I mean the room flooring. Hotel flooring is perfect.

The hotel was decent, and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were a bit small, but it's not a big deal.

Nice hotel to stay, hotel located between north and south railway station within 3km range. Metro is very walkable distance. Center square mall, jew street, movie theaters, marine drive and water metro all are nearby areas.

Location: easy accessible; reception and staff were very professional and their attitude are appealing! restaurant staff also are very friendly and respectful towards the guests; cleanliness is also marked as important! even the washroom in the restaurant.
