I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens fresh, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The bathroom amenities were high-quality, and I really appreciated the small touches like complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and neatly arranged essentials. The food at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety — from local delicacies to continental favorites — and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The restaurant staff was attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any special requests. We also tried room service a couple of times, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. Overall, my stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and full of positive memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and excellent service — whether for business or leisure travel. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The room was not at all neat. I was sneezing all over the night due to dust. Bath towel was not provided. We had to ask for it. Dental kit was not provided. Breakfast took a lot of time. The room was very small. Overall i had a very bad experience at hotel excellency

room and staff is good and also its near by metro station and also ernakulm junction. food price is expensive and average taste food.

location is good,room is avg, could be better on cleanness & hygine, smoky smells in washrooms doors doesn't have stopper, staffs are supportive.

The stay was okay, but the quality of food needs improvement. It would be much better if the property offered flexible check-in and check-out options (early check-in/late check-out) at an additional cost, depending on availability. Unfortunately, I was required to check out strictly at the recorded time, even though I was willing to pay for a late check-out.

The people are very warm and nice but the bathrooms could be better planned. The shower is placed wrong

The room interior and accessories was old and quite dusty. The bed was not clean including the blankets, it was really itching and affected my sleep. Only positive thing food from the restuarant is above average

had booked a non ac room bimistake when asked to change they have over charged for the same , room was also average with fleece blanket being provided this is the last time i staying here

Night Duty customer service very poor impression, sleepy, lazy, dont like there communication, Night time check in not family friendly

The facilities provided were awesome and more than our expectations. The location was also very good with many shops nearby in addition to the fact that it was near the railway station. The food provided was delicious and affordable with fantastic room services. Hoping to make more trips with the team MakeMyTrip.

I always prefer this hotel during my visits to Ernakulam. I really appreciates the services they provided. I suggest this hotel without any hesitation.

The service and room was good. but one small concern is they won't allow late check-out even for 5 mins

It was good, hotel staffs were friendly, for for people who do not eat beef, please do not take room with breakfast or dinner

The room smells of smoke and lines too much dirty rest all things good at least new guests coming please check smells or not.

The rooms were not very good, ac was not working in many rooms,we complained about it and unnecessary room intercom was ringing

Receptionist not welcoming the people. Please improve hospitality towards guests who is coming to your hotel. And room is neat and clean. Stay is good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the stay unpleasant. The hotel was not clean and definitely not worth the price charged. I checked in very late and stayed for only 2 hours. Despite this, I politely requested an additional 30 minutes for check-out, but the staff refused without any consideration. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very near railway station. Value for money. But morning service starts at 730. Morning tea-and bkfst after 830.
