Very good furnished room adjacent to metro station and hotels on the main road. Particularly the Asst. Manager madam in TriStar regency is very well spoken person who helping nature by guiding us point to point for our request for visiting Chotanikkar Amma temple and Marine drive for water metro tour . She took kern interest with great patience . We had a very happy stay. Even the reception boy and lady on 7 September at 7 pm night really gave their cooperation when we returned to hotel TriStar due to the unfortunate happening of accident to our auto with speeding car which went through no entry zone road while we were on our way from hotel to railway station for train which resulted in admission in hospital at Ernakulam itself for 2 days with bleeding in head and rib fracture for self and deep muscle injury to our girl. The reception staff attended well.

The staff welcomed us well. The stay was good but much embarrassing was i was not having a 4x4 car. Due to which i stressed a lot to put my car on road from their underground parking slot. They have not provided with a parking of comfort. So who ever is having a four wheeler without 4x4 option better search for other options

I recently stayed at TriStar Regency in Kadavanthra, Kochi, and overall, it was a great value-for-money experience. The location is super convenient, being right next to the Kadavanthra Metro Station and close to local eateries and shops, making it ideal for travelers who prefer using public transport. The check-in was smooth and the receptionist were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic, including good Wi-Fi. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve, particularly when it comes to entertainment options. The selection of Malayalam and movie channels was quite limited, which might be a downside if you plan to relax in your room. One important thing to note is the parking situation. There are only two designated parking spots available, and the area is on a bit of a slope, which can be challenging, especially for vehicles with low ground clearance. Cars like sedans or those with a low undercarriage may face difficulty maneuvering or risk scraping the bottom. SUVs and larger vehicles may also find it a bit tight. If you're arriving in such a vehicle, you might want to consider parking nearby and getting help with your luggage. If you're planning to extend your stay beyond the initial booking, it’s best to rebook online to retain the discounted rate, as extending on-property might result in a higher walk-in price. If you're traveling light and with a compact vehicle. It’s a solid budget-friendly accommodation in a prime location.
