Hotel Feathers

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I reached the hotel in the evening, I had to wait for half an hour to check in and the room was not ready at all. We had booked the room a week ago. There was no telephone facility in the room for any queries. The TV speaker was not in good condition either. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was really nice the facilities were all were very nice staff was good all was excellent

The service is impeccable, the toilets are clean, and it's a decent hotel where you can stay for a small amount of money.

Near the South railway station & metro station. The staff are very friendly, calm and have a neat atmosphere.

Rooms are okay. Very small and can be little more comfortable for the charges they get. But nearer to station

The person at the reception was very rude. He dont even know how to bahave to customers. Better to avoid

I had booked an ac double room. But the ac was not cooling. Did not even bother change our room after complaining. Below average place and service.

Rude behaviour from front office staff. Bathroom was smelly and hot water was not available. Overall bad experience.

Kindly don't suggest this hotel to anybody. The hotel filled with cockroaches. No maintenance. Bedsheets, towels are not washing properly. In one word, this hotel cause many infections. My request to remove this hotel from the list.

The stay at the hotel was not up to the mark as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

It was a smooth experience the rooms are not too bad but the behavior of the reception staff is not so good they still need to learn how to interact with customers

It was an overall good stay at the hotel. The hotel was neat and clean. However, the only con is that room sizes are small.

Cleanliness was good. But the hotel attender was very rude and did not even provide us with extra pillows, even though we paid for extra bed.

Average stay, rooms are not well maintained, no room service, no inter com, its ok for one day stay.

Room is good cleaned room is good cleaned but their is no phone in room to contact reception and the ac is not much cool
