I reached around 11.30 pm in the night. They promptly sent the pick up. The staff is so courteous. The room is spacious, equipped with necessary toiletries and other items. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with traditional Kerala cuisine and also an international spread. Overall excellent stay.

Hotel Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and convenient to access. Hygiene at customer side was good. Food at hotel was good. Took roughly 1 hour after order that was bit longer.

1. Late processing of entry 2. Room doesn't feel premium at all. It's not even 3 star level 3. Food at restaurant is terrible 4. Very late pickup during airport transfer 5. Mattress is terrible
