The stay was terrible and not worth the money — it looked like a lodge at best. Everything was disappointing, from the pillow, blanket, and bed to the noisy AC. The toilet was very dirty, the flush didn’t work properly, and even the water gun had such low pressure that my toothpaste comes out faster.

We have booked the stay at midnight on the way from Airport and expected an above average room for a quick sleep, but the room space was not sufficient, extra bed provided was not properly cleaned and not worth for the money we spent.

For somebody who seek a budget hotel with good service this hotel is the right hotel , the staff all very helpful and friendly persons.Airport pickup and transfer service without additional charges is a great advantage, we personally satisfied with our Executive A/C room

service was very good and customer friendly staff.....Sajeen in reception desk is very customer friendly and always ready to resolve the issues...Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are also very helpful.

Breakfast is very tasty and the facilities are good and location of the stay is very clean and view from our room is not so good but room is good 👌

Hotel was like a lodge. It was neat. Staff is not behaving properly. I booked two rooms and these were given far apart. When we asked for adjacent rooms they gave vague answers. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Pleasant stay and excellent ambience. Parking spaces are also good. The staff is also good. Complimentary breakfast not up to the mark. Need improvement. Overhaul I am happy,a place to reach airport Cochin. Thanks

please don't ask about the terrible experience when I enter room there are ýellowish dirty bedsheets and free ladies long hair flying in the bed, at least they can change sheet pls.booked standard ac room got old yellow color Ac. Don understand why my booking given 3 star for this hotel ,morning go breakfast that was only the thing I got positive 😋 I would rate 10 out of 1.

Hotel stay was excellent but tv was not working and room service for food and tea was not there for breakfast which was complimentary to thecbooking. Overall stay was good.

Great stay, great food and excellent service. Room was comfortable and cleaning was proper! place is family friendly with bakery and restaurant within the lot and also have laundry access. Definitely will come back again!

The rooms are clean. Service is pretty average. In the resurent there are not much of options for food.

Nicely painted hotel but rooms have some kind of bad smell and toilets doesn't have proper exhaust. Some drunk people are making too much of noise and management seems to do nothing about it. Manager is clueless

Hotel is located near by cochin international airport just 1 km, rooms are clean n hygiene. Its a standard hotel

Outside appearance looks good but when we get into the room, feel like ordinary.

The hotel doesn’t provide a clean bedding, showers, toiletries etc. Also the front desk staffs are not very helpful for ex- while checking in no assistance provided for the luggage as well as very laid back attitude displayed by the night shift staffs. Overall bad experience. I was there for just one night & didn’t bother much.

Conveniently located near to cochin airport. Menu for breakfast was light but satisfying. Cleanliness was ok.

The hotel is not what it looks like from the outside, the floor we got was under maintenance and it was dirty. Food was also average.Even the dental kit was not there……

Only limited services, room boy good, calls not connecting to reception, can improve room facilities like bathroom stand
