Resort is very good.I'm already planning my next visit! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. The warm welcome, the refreshing welcome drink, and the stunning views of the surrounding landscape set the tone for a truly unforgettable experience. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the bathroom was good. The resort's facilities were top-notch. The pool was crystal-clear and the fitness center was well-equipped. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. From arranging excursions to recommending local restaurants, they were always happy to help. The food at the resort was also outstanding. The breakfast buffet was vast and delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort's restaurant, which was served up fresh.

The resort was overall good and comfortable. All the staff members were very polite and respectful, which made the stay pleasant. However, there were a couple of disappointing experiences. The small refrigerator in the room was not working, but the staff insisted that it was functioning as expected, saying it would only cool to the "very minimum" — which wasn’t helpful. Also, they did not allow my friend and his family to visit the room, which was quite inconvenient. A few improvements in flexibility and amenities could make the experience much better.

It was a one day stay, the ambiance of the property was excellent, the staff were so kind and check-in was so smooth, dinner has a limited menu but all tasted delicious, the room was spacious and neat, Complementary breakfast was good and tasty, river side walk and the bullock cart ride was good. my kids enjoyed the swimming pool over all it is a very good experience

The overall experience was great. I booked for plunge pool villa and the room was really good and the ambiance around the resort is chill and well maintained. The staff members are super responsible. The only drawback is morning breakfast. The menu options are less and some food items could taste better.

We had a great stay. Staff was warm and welcoming. The amenities were good and delicious dining options, beautifully maintained pools, gardens. It is a must visit for anyone seeking relaxing getaway. Pool has been maintained so well. We have lot of gaming option for the kids.

Our family had a wonderful experience in coco lagoon. Everyone is very friendly and we enjoyed a lot in christmas eve events. We loved gala dinner. Its a perfect place to book your vacation place

It was a good experience with activities filled day. Board games are under renovation so couldn’t play that. Bullock cart ride and river walk were good.
