Townhouse Edassery Blue Bells

Most disappointing stay. I had a booking for two days, but vacated next morning as the staff and housekeeping both are poor. There were food waste and plates outside all the rooms and they were not cleaned up even on next day morning. Felt like throwing up due to the stink of food wastes all along the walk way to the lift from my room.

The room was not up to the standard. The key hole was broken which made us unable to lock the room properly. Overall the experience was average.

With activities for all ages, this hotel kept everyone entertained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay delightful.

We don't get rooms while we reach there, they told the rooms are sold out and i pay already 2247 to mm t. I lost my money and no rooms at all

Lack of Hygiene. Dirty Bed sheets,Blanket and Towels. 'No Locks for Door ''' Offered complentary Breakfast, But charged Rs 275/- ' very poor eaperience.

Room service is very poor have to call them for nearly 5 times for one thing. Tv was not working, drinking water was not provided for 2nd day stay they told only for the first day stay they will provide drinking water as complementary

We are not stayed in that property and moved to a different property for the status as the property was not at all maintained well. Even though we have paid full, we are forced to check in to a new hotel as this property is recommand for the family.

Location is very suitable, just 12 Kms from airport. Pocket friendly. Rooms are clean. However, restaurant services are very poor. No room service is available even for morning tea. Also vehicle rental help and shuttle services are not available.

Receptionist don't know if they said real name), on reaching the Hotel started Demanding Money for Checking in, they said they are OYO hotel and not responsible for any other Bookings , hence needed to pay additional fare or won't be given a room . given room .

Cleaning and bed sheets are not good

Toilet was not tidy. Room was having bad odour. Bed sheets were not clean enough.

While checkin they asked additional amount, this is the first time i am getting like this experience please check before check in, hotel resetion team will not called me
