Hotel Palace Inn

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and public transportation. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the prompt housekeeping service. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience — I would definitely stay here again!

Pathetic room service. No drinking water in the room. Morning when i woke up no water in the bathroom and water supplied thru bucket.

Need to improve on toiletries and bedsheet

It was really a marvelous trip with better service.

Overall, good experience. But there is a bar on the 4th floor. To be taken care of while coming out from the room and using a lift during bar hours.

The Hotel is nothing much to write about, the bathroom tiles were covered with traces of fungus and there was no food service worth mentioning.

Bad smell in the room. Bathroom shower is not working.

Hotel should provide drinking water.

Room and the hotel was neat and clean. The hotel manager Mr. Binoy arranged taxi for Ethereally and Paschal Waterfalls. The hotel is located just behind the Anomaly Bus Station with shops, restaurants and Indian Coffee House within the Bus Station buildings. Bus Service to and from Guruvayoor is available every 20-30min and to Munnar is available at 4am and 8am.

It's a good hotel in anomaly and just 7 kms from Cochin international airport.

Service from the Reception staff was good. But room service was not satisfactory. We didn't get even a tea in the morning. For break fast also we had to travel a long distance from the hotel. It will be convenient to occupants, if you provide good room service, in future.

Hotel is good. Walking distance is just 5 minutes from bust stand and 5 km from Cochin airport. I reached airport in 20 minutes from the hotel. This is good hotel in this tarrif. I

Good place to stay if you are looking for value for money hotel. Staff are courteous, easy checkout, close to bus stand are some positives. Rooms can be bit of a let down if you are expecting some thing special.

The toilet was only half functional. The faucet was broken and the tap didn't work. The service was poor. There was never a response from the reception, room service, maintenance or any number on the list for that matter. We had to go down to the reception a few times to remind them about the tea we ordered which on arrival was cold by the way. All in all, it is an average hotel which you can consider for a one day stay and also only if you're ready to ignore such complaints.

Big room, sufficient furnitures, TV and location is very close to city centre. Ample parking. Some mosquito is the only negative thing inside. Wall type glass window give a good view of outside. Nice place to stay for day here near to bus stand but not exact on main road required to go there bye some ones help. There no food arrangements available

Standard room with value for money, location is very good with bus, road rail connectivity with lots of tourists destinations like athirappilli, kalady, malayattor. Cochin international airport is just 15 minutes away Over all good experience / good connectivity from this place.
