very bad experience. not clean.. maintanance was bad..

Inside the lift, it is full of dust. The sheets and pillows are not very clean. The towels, which were originally white, have faded and turned dark. we booked delux room as shown in your page. but received Standard room twin bed. there was two 6x4 beds, not a single bed. additional one bed of 5x3 was put on old wooden small teapoy. conjusted room. bad smell. the staff in reception counter behavioured rough and tough. overall a bad experience.

We feel one thing that there is no light at the top of the hotel board. So we cannot found the hotel easy at night. Pl tell them about it.

Room was neat and clean, the staff were also good. Only drawback is the hotel didn’t have room service due to maintenance of their restaurant.

the room was good. But there was staff to show me room to which iam alloted they just gave the room key and said so and so is my room. Bathroom was not clean there were lizards and spiders in it. I have read there is dining in the hotel but it was under renovation which I came to know when I reached the hotel. Good thing is that the hotel is in a walkable distance from angamaly railway station.

Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport and tourist sites.
