This property is near to Cochin airport. Best rooms kind of 1 BHK flat with 2 washroom, very friendly staff, there is no restaurant in the hotel itself but they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner in room on orders… best place for stay in very affordable price.

After booking, they called us and told that they have issues regarding toilet and septitank, and we need to go to some other hotel which they have tie up. That room is very cheap and we rejected. After informing this to customer care they sent a mail to this hotel, but they havent responded. I continuously called them, then only they approved the mail. One talked very rudely.

thank you for your review this guest book room for 3 adults . additional 2 adults came along with this group and told us these are guest staying few hours as 6 hours .we asked them to pay either extra guest payment or take one another room . additional guests stayed here from 6pm to next day 2am . this is the reason behind this review .

Everything was a mess. Whatever mentioned on web is not true. I booked one room for 4 adults, hotel fotos showed 2 bed rooms and in reality its 1bhk, 2 people hv to sleep in the living room on sofa cum bed w/o Aircondition. I had to book another room for 2 adults. There is no room service, no caretaker. Room’s main door lock not working. Very u safe. Suggest avoid dis accomo at all costs.
