The hotel doesn't have the 24 hrs hot water, they have geyser individuals so for showers we have to wait till hot water supply

Overall nice experience
Hotel Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and convenient to access. Hygiene at customer side was good. Food at hotel was good. Took roughly 1 hour after order that was bit longer.

Very close to the Airport...big, clean and comfortable rooms...front desk is ready to help you with anything you require...especially Nayana was extremely friendly, helpful and professional!!! I loved my stay and will definitely want to go back!!! Breakfast was above average and decent quality!!!

Very bad experience
1. Late processing of entry 2. Room doesn't feel premium at all. It's not even 3 star level 3. Food at restaurant is terrible 4. Very late pickup during airport transfer 5. Mattress is terrible

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Presidency Airport Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s prime location, directly opposite Cochin International Airport, made my travel incredibly convenient, especially with their complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services.  The staff were incredibly courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive room service, every interaction reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches—like complimentary water, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations with its diverse menu and consistently delicious food. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was impressive—offering a wide range of options to suit all palates. The rooftop swimming pool provided a serene escape, offering panoramic views of the airport and a perfect spot to unwind.
