I had higher expectations for an acclaimed 3-star hotel, but my stay was disappointing. The sheet covering the blanket was torn, and the faucet didn't work throughout my stay. While the staff were friendly, i wouldn't say they were particularly helpful. When i mentioned i needed budget travel assistance and asked for something as simple as a trip to alleppey They speak very nicely and sweetly, but you really need to be aware and cautious. Same goes for every corner in the state i guess. The location is perfect .

Location is prime, everything is within the reach/walkable distance. We stayed for one day. Breakfast was beautiful malayali food. Amenities were also good. Krupan from front desk was really helpful and full of humanity. They arranged extra water and arranged a cab for our next trip to kumarakom in a nominal price.

First i thank to mm t for featuring this property for us. Perfect location! one of the best budget friendly hotel in fort kochi i ever seen the staff was beyond helpful, therefore every request going the extra mile to satisfy our needs and their hospitality is very excellent it was fairly quiet as end of season. Amenities in the rooms are perfect, the grounds are tranquil mainly near to the beach and fishnet spots are the main attractive area around this property. Opposite to this property kathakali centre, public gym & so many food streets are also available.

From check-in to check out had a terrible time at fort munnar hotel, with no proper furniture or decent staff. The condition of the rooms was horrific. Words are insufficient to explain the food quality or restaurants available. Had the worst-ever stay by paying 5. 2k per night but the actual tariff was below 2k inclusive of all taxes. Mm t has lost one of its customer's goodwill.

this hotel did not meet up to any reasonable expectations of providing any guest services or the services promised when we paid for it. 1. The room was booked for three guests and we expected to have amenities for three guests. They provided only two towels and one drinking bottle. 2. The rooms was dirty with cobwebs everywhere. The toilets were not cleaned for months and were stinking. The flush did not work. There were no hangers either in the room or the toilets. Basically un-hygienic conditions. 3. We paid for breakfast inclusive room tariff. The hotel did not have any cook and they did not provide any breakfast. When we complaint to the hotel, we were told the breakfast will be provided. But nothing. The hotel neither provided any breakfast. Basically we had to pay twice. 4. They had only two attendants in the entire hotel, who could never be found for any service. It was the most pathetic experience we had in our entire life. Overall a very pathetic experince.

They have mentioned it was 3 star property. But it is not even a hotel. It's kind of a lodge. No facilities available other than the room. No lift also. No restaurant. They mentioned breakfast included No restaurant available in the building. They have ordered food for us for some local restaurant around 9.

Had terrible experience during the stay. The hotel is managed very t. They could not provide wi-fi for all five days. Despite repeated requests no use

No kitchen and chef but advertised saying breakfast. Basic rooms but big in size. No proper car parking and breakfast. They bought breakfast from outside and gave which was ordinary. It is on a very narrow road and parking is a hassle. They can probably arrange for parking on the adjoining main road. Location however is central to all attractions. They can provide toiletries which is the standard across rooms these days.
