location was very good but the problem was the stay , no cleanliness, the washrooms were dirty, full of mosquitoes, insects , and the crocroach. No food within the restaurant .

The hotel gives quite living in fort kochi area. It gives dutch era dormitory living experience.

The AC in the room was strong and cooled the room in a jiffy. I stayed here on 31st dec 2023 to 1st Jan 2024 Coming to the negatives : They are charging ₹for a 1 star room with no water heater, lots of mosquitos and lizards (I had to kill one ffs) TV is an antique piece. No night lights Bed spreads and blankets seemed old and the cot is not soft

Good hotel.

The breakfast is very satisfactory and the staff of the hotel is very helpful and warm-hearted to answer all our inquiries.

The hotel has an ample parking and six of room is quite big. However, from the value for money proposition standpoint many things were missing: No tea/coffee maker in the room and no room service before 7.30 a.m. Toilet had no shower curtain which meant that after one shower, it was difficult to use the WC. We found mosquitos in the room but were assured by the manager that they wouldn't bother us once the AC came on. True to his word, we were not inconvenienced. Complimentary breakfast was very basic (even a bowl of cornflakes was charged as extra). The hotel seemed popular with budget foreign tourists.

The hotel & rooms are a nice compact, and no airs of being luxurious, states what it is - Heritage. The staff is very, very friendly and they go the extra stretch to make your stay very comfortable. It is an asset to have such excellent staff and they are very honest about it, without expecting anything in return. Great place with a difference and worth a try for people with a gene for adventure! Ps: It is a typical place for western tourists/ travellers, as the menu is designed with this in mind and you will miss Indian food but the chef try his best to help your taste buds if you mention this in advance.

Although a tad difficult to locate, this beautiful heritage hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. The rooms are neat & clean and the very courteous staff make this hotel... 'a home away from home'.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Breakfast was adequate, I didn't eat there in the evening - it's not the most appealing dining room, although it is very clean and serves its purpose. There is also no communal area or gardens to sit if its raining and you don't want to sit in your room. My only criticism would be that I think it is quite expensive for what you are getting compared to the other hotels in Fort Cochin that are the same price.

Good value for money. Clean room and good breakfast.
