This hotel is doomed Very shady There was continuous issue with the hit water in bathroom Later jet stopped working They dint provide Dental kit or tea pouches

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced and for any discomfort this may have caused. We understand your frustration, especially regarding the hot water. We would like to clarify that the hot water is activated by twisting the right-hand knob .We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you upon your arrival, leading to the continuous issue you faced. We are also looking into the problem with the jet not working and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the amenities, we apologize for the misunderstanding. We do provide dental kits and tea pouches for our guests; however, they are available on request at the front desk. We regret that this policy was not made clear during your check-in. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it helps us to improve our service. We are committed to providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for all our guests. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future to show you the high standard of hospitality we strive to uphold.
