Onwer was very bad treated like some wt not a gud place to stay really a bad exp ..

The location is good but located on narrow road so unable to park car on road and had to park on foot path which is illegal. No bed sheets only mattress cover provided. For a double size bed only 1 comforter provided. too many mosquitos present. no parking for car, no rest room toilets for driver so I had to spent 1000 rupees more to create accomodation for driver. So not budget friendly at all

Nice experience. Care taker was very friendly and helpful. He guided us for local attractions and food spots.

Initially booked room was small so we upgraded to big one. Hot water is available and owner is available to contact for any issue or help

Safety standards are up to mark. You can easily access to market and fort kochi by walking, you can rent out bikes if you wish to explore more in kochi, even ferry services in kochi are cheapest and best to avail while travel-ling in kochi.

The family was very caring and helpful. Because of some issues the room was not available were we booked. Even though they arranged us another nearby home stay which was very neat and clean. So we are satisfied with the service which they provide to us.
