Kochi Vibes

There were bugs in the room of the top floor

Had a very unpleasant experience and stay at Kochi Vibes Homestay. Please don't go by the images and photos on various platforms, it's not worth your money. The rooms were pretty small, dirty and wardrobes not usable super dirty. There was no proper waterflow in the washrooms and even after complaining about it no resolution. Further we had a very bad experience when 1) room allotted without a handle 2) room didn't close from inside - privacy and security issue 3) caretaker tried to forcibly closed the door from inside and resulted into us being locked inside the room 4) had to wait for 30-45 before the door opened.. 5) they got the handle repaired but it was still not functioning properly. Had to push hard for 5-6 times and then somehow door was opening and despite this experience the owner/manager was not willing to change the room This was 10.45 pm in the night.. The lady was adamant about us using the same room even though it was not functional and safe. Customer experience was a low priority for this homestay and would recommend folks to not opt for this property

I generally don't give bad reviews but this experience is making me to do so. The hotel lacked basic features like a water heater. Also the kitchen shown as an amenities in is used as a store room by the homestay management.

I do find this property on make my trip it was good and clean all the places nearer to this location and the care taker was also so helpful it was all good experience.. you can try it just warm water is not available there other then everything was good

Had a great time here, feels like home and the good thing is there is a open kitchen. Also the manager was very helpful.

The cost was too high while comparing with others. You can get good clean rooms in fort kochi street in cheaper rate.

I had a comfort stay in kochi vibes. The care taker has responded very well even in the mid night times.

The stay was good but the bathroom is a lot smaller than expected and the wifi was also not working.

Rooms & clothes are neat& clean. But no eateries near by. This homestay they are not providing food and also location connectivity very tough.

Stay was nice. Its near to fort kochi beach and many good places. Staff was also good in behaviour.
