Nice and cool atmosphere staffs are well behaved

The property info regarding distance from Rajiv gandhi sahakarana auditorium was False (mentioned as 1.2 km vs actual of 9.3 km). Rooms are congested as poor planning resulted in lot of useless areas. Bedside stool/table, toiletries, hotel water etc not available. On demand, hot water kettle given on sharing basis with other rooms. Bedsheets. pillow covers etc are shabby and torn. Room service was prompt and friendly but the property amenities are non existent making their job miserable. We feel pity for those boys who are sincerely trying to make the guests feel comfortable.

The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, and designed like a cozy homestay, making the stay very comfortable. However, the staff's responsiveness was disappointing. Calls to the front desk were not answered properly, which affected the overall experience. Better service would have made this a perfect stay

I stayed at le meru suites during a recent tour and was impressed with the overall experience. The service was exceptional, with staff being attentive and courteous throughout my stay. The hotel's location in kakkanad was convenient for my tour, and the peaceful ambiance made it even better. Very neat rooms and clean bathroom. Customer support also at its best. The property does have very spacious parking and 24x7 security guard. Nearby you can find supermarket and restaurants. Overall experience was so satisfying i came back second time also. Thank you

It was a good stay. Have enough space and it was clean. We will be getting the plates to have food and also will be having a smart tv. Very much satisfied with the stay

The stay was great. There was enough space for two people, and they provide drinking water as well. The ac cooling was not very good, but passable. There were also 3 trash bins in the room, which was very nice. A great, comfortable hotel stay.

Room windows and outter door cant able to lock

The room was small but the washroom as well as the room was cleaned. Ac was working fine so yeah it was a good experience. The parking was there for park my bike also the staff members was very friendly.

Rooms and amenities are good. But we asked for hot water and didn't get and also asked hot water for bathing and the same didn't get. But all in others are very good

The stay was comfortable. Staff was cordial to attend to our needs. It would be better if there can be more restaurants in the panel that can be contacted for delivery of food in room as restaurants available in the vicinity are far to commute.

It is a neat and worth clean hotel. The staff are behaving well and i recommend this hotel to all families

The room and working table area were detached. No fan or cooling while you use laptop within the area where there is table. Room is too small. I was charged 1200 for additional day. Cost is too high. I would recommend if you stay for just spending night.

The stay was very worth for that rate. Especially the neatness and very kind full services from their side.
