Fort Queen Hotel

It was the best stay at the hotel fort queen and genuinely the staff were so humble and helpful, without any doubt I will recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious experience

There was no hot water in the toilet. Even at 8.00 AM restaurant was not open for breakfast. The hot water kettle was not working. Morning tea was not available. Very Poor Stay

location was good, all the prominent places were near the hotel. as far as food is concerned it was average with limited options. house keeping services at the hotel were bit delayed.

Had late checkin, ac was not working, hot water problem etc. Room was ok, but due to not working of ac and geaser, had difficulty. Hotel should ensure that everything in the room is properly working before allotting to the customers

This hotel is in the centre of old cochin town and the property is very decent with well maintained rooms. It's definitely value for money considering the facilities given at the price paid. We didn't have any problem during our 2 days stay at the property.

Hotel situated middle of city and airport. Roomed are very clean with all amenities available. Staff service is good. We visited during middle of october. May be off season with limited visitors. Hence restaurant items were limited. But alternative items were provided. Overall very good to stay in relatively cheap rate.
