Pepper Route Fort Kochi

Good hotel, nice service, staff behavior excellent, nice locatit

The room was very smelly. The linen and blanket were smelling bad. The room was looking nice so was the location. But it was very claustrophobic

I had a comfortable one-night stay at pepper route fort kochi. The room was a decent size and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. While the breakfast options were limited (they only offer breakfast, the manager, mr. Alex, was incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a good stay, especially considering the location.

The hotel was good. No inhouse kitchen but zomato will deliver to room. Hotel provides plates. Too many power cuts were there but generator was providing power supply. On the whole serves the purpose and very close to all the places to visit at fort kochi

The stay was good. Rooms were basic but clean. Ac was fixed at 25 degrees. Somehow the remote did not lower the temperature. Location is the best thing. Very close to the beach and eateries. Service could be improved.

It's an average hotel with limited facility. Not recommended for family. Just ok to spend night in hotel. Location is ok, close to fort cochin. Breakfast is average. Parking is issue

The Hotel is located close to the Vasco da Gama Square and many nice places. Its located in a quiet side street. But sadly in morning at 7.40 am the school nearby starts with 30 minutes very noisy drumming 🙉 Not possible to sleep than (Monday to Friday). The Hotel by itself is clear and simple. The rooms are in a good condition and the room cleaning is ok. I think the hotel has a problem with Mold. It smells like moldy in the lobby and even in the room, extremely in the wardrobe. I told this to the manager, and next day they cleaned all the room. It was much better than. The staff is not so helpfull, I asked them about a local busconnection and the manager promised me to find it out, but he didn't.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable stay. Hotel manger was very helpful. The locality is also very safe. Nearby police station make me feel very safe. You can roam around in late night also.

I was really well welcomed in this hotel, the staff is really good and available. The room was good, clean with AC and well equiped. The hotel also have a really good location in fort Kochi, really close to the coast in a little and calm street which is really appreciable. I strongly recommend it for a stay in Kochi.

Location is the king. The hotel is decent but the location is prime and in kochi this is place to be. Decent stay but restaurant facility is not available so plane accordingly, parking is also limited but host are great and very polite. Kettle in the room is great for various uses.

Good service good stay and good food. Value for money and homely feel

We loved our stay at pepper route. It's a boutique hotel with good rooms and great washrooms and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Food was not available on demand and wifi service was very strange

Near to the beach, rooms are average size, calm , staff are friendly.

Breakfast was terrible. Service was horrible. Doesn't qualify for a 2-star hotel.

Nice stay and the historic town itself.

Strategically located close to bus stand and ferry and not too far to the boat jetty. Very close to Beach, chinese fishing nets and sights like st francis church and princess street and a feel of the old dutch settlements Room was functional and clean and bathroom was exceptionally clean (which is normally a rarity) The breakfast was slight let down without much variety

It's not a hotel. The only lodge so please don't confuse people and trap them for cheating. Forget about a cup of tea you can't even get a glass of water. Charged Rs 35 for a bottle of water.

Neat good hotel but poor maintenance. No bucket/mug in Bath room.
