Pros: location is excellent. Close to all the quaint cafes and dinings. Staff is polite and helpful. The bathroom was modern and artistic. Cons: room was a nest of mosquitoes and all-out did not help at all. Couldn’t sleep and had to buy a electric racket to kill them. This is not acceptable for rs. 10k/night. One of the hotel staff employees entered our room without knocking when a dnd sign was posted outside. He said he wanted to check some light and should have at-least knocked before entering.

Wooden floor of this hotel is very slippery.

The stay was not up to the expectations as it showed. The room was small and the air conditioning wasn’t proper so slight disappointment in that except that food and service were good.

Though it's an old building very good experience with pool and very good staff very near to beach and shopping. Super maintenance

Lovely heritage hotel. The rooms are very nice and spacious, just the kind you would expect from old british bungalows. Swimming pool is cozy and very aesthetic. Kind staff.

This is a beautiful property, and was very clean. The staff is very helpful and the food, especially the typical kerala food was great. Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Overall our stay was very pleasant and it’s a small and quaint property with old world charm. Our first night was interrupted by our upstairs neighbour making constant creaking sounds on the floor (avoid staying in room called goa. They shifted us next day to a room upstairs and it was peaceful after that. They really do need to address this through carpeting or otherwise. We only had breakfast so can’t comment on the food. The breakfast was ok and we were somewhat disappointed at the lack of south indian options. Also they need to streamline their order taking process. Quite a few errors and omissions were made.

Booked a room for family of 4 (2 kids below 12 yes) for 1 night. The property is well located in fort kochi with easy access to most local attractions. Although the room was a bit small, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Tb does not have enough staff as calls to the reception was unanswered twice. The restaurant was also not functional.

Reception staff sounds like hostel warden saying so many rules like no visitors after 6 pm, also they accidentally put an extra bed in room and asked us to wait till 6 pm to remove it and not to sit on the same for the time being. Oops don't have the picture of stay i have booked for 2 deluxe rooms.

Place has a good small pool, very good location if you are with family and friends.

This is not a fancy location to stay. No great views and the restaurant doesn’t provide fancy food. This place is good for a short stay and very good for small get together. The staff were extremely helpful and they did their best. You cannot expect great food but fresh and good food is available though you’ve to order it an hour before but food is worth the wait. Property is well maintained and hygienic.

Hospitality is excellent. Sarita madam, the incharge is very efficient and cordial. Staff are very friendly. Sarath, one of the staff has taken utmost care of us. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Wash rooms are excellently maintained. We are vegetarians, so we requested some dishes which were well prepared. Through out kochi, only one problem we faced is vegetarian food but these tried their best and prepared good food. Overall it's a very pleasant stay. We requested for transport and they a cab. The driver by name anthony dais was very professional and knew every corner of kochi. He was there with us to munnar also. He has excellent knowledge about the place and showed all places. I recommend tea bungalow to all my friends

Hotel staff were very helpful and even informed us on call about the kitchen timings even before we checked in (over a call. They were very courteous and intuitive. The hotel rooms were very pretty and the pool was open for us till 9:30pm. They had a good range of breakfast options (breakfast started at 9am. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

Was a perfect stay at a reasonable price. The location is so great as it gives connectivity to the whole of fort kochi. The staff provide an exemplary service. They are very friendly and makes the guest comfortable. The room is well maintained and spacious. The architecture reminds us of a very different era.
