Very bad experience. I don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel. The reception service was not good the staff were not helpful. Overall, very poor management.

The caretaker was rude. The bed sheet and pillow was not hygienic. bathroom was not clean.

Very bad experience..& Not clean room & bad service

Booked hotel at marad. When we reached there thwt said there was no room. Then they directed me to their other property in kakkanad. It was atrocious. In the room, there was some banned products like sambhu and all. Tolitet was not clean. Water in red color. Name is crystal suits and there no no facility for a local lodge. Totally it was atrocious.

location was little remote but as a solo traveller it was okay ....the staff was friendly and cooperative .Rooms are really nice and had all the required facilities.

They asked extra money for stay then i complaint to the coustomer care exicutive said collect the invoice but tge hotel refused to give the invoice and make may trip is not given my money back

its showing rs but when reach the hotel they were asking more 500 rs.

Average on all criteria. No channels while viewing the tv. Geyser not working. Overall average. Best suited for just one overnight stay.

Near highway side, easily accessible. Stars are really good. Very neat and beautiful rooms for this price range, really worth it. One of the finest stays in the town, give it a try
