Review Of Cochin Seaport Hotel

The first thing I want to highlight is that I believe this hotel is not suitable for families. I stayed here for 3 nights, having already experienced When we checked in, the room was clearly not serviced properly after the last guest had left. It was disappointing to see that even basic cleanliness was neglected. Throughout our stay, several issues made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Negative points: • Found a half-empty bottle of left behind in the room. • Floors were not cleaned properly. • Toilets were poorly cleaned and gave off a strong drainage smell throughout all 3 nights. • The smell was present in both rooms we had booked. • Spotted a mouse running through the corridor one night – suggests a rodent issue. • Toiletries were missing in the washroom, and shockingly, used ones from the previous guest were not cleared either. During my week-long stay in Kochi all in the same price category. . To sum up, if you are planning to stay here with family, especially kids, I would strongly advise against it. However, if you’re a bachelor just looking for a private room and don’t mind compromising on cleanliness and comfort, this could be a decent choice. The hotel does have two bars, which may appeal to some guests.

Good hotel with backwater view and lots of parking space! it would be nice to have a shower curtain separation to keep the toilet areas dry

Room and all was clean and hy; restaurant staff was a bit rude and i think they have no idea about privacy, i booked my room just for me even though they allowed a visitor without informing me twice. I rated 3 cause i didn't felt safe since i was traveling alone safety was my only concern

Very bad experience... Room full of bad smell.. No room service available.. Very difficult to get food and water.. In my room tv was not working because the hotel management didn't pay the cable rent.. When i asked the reception they have no answer regarding this..Totaly bad experience 🙏.. I will not suggest this hotel to any one.. I checked in morning and i left the hotel at Evg 🙏

It was a pleasant stay, all things considered. The lack of room service was a bit of a downer to begin with. The room itself was good and comfortable, and above all, clean. The bed was a little on the hard side, but it suited us well. Ac was good and cooled the room quickly on the hot summer days we were there. They have ample parking for about 15-20 cars and a bar as well. The starters in the restaurant were very nice and the prawn dry fry deserves a special mention, also the beef dry fry was good too. Aubin, the assistant manager of the restaurant took care of all our requirements and ensured we had all the food we needed at all times.

Overall a good experience while traveling and staying in the city and hotel booked with mmt. Beautiful city with beautiful sea beaches.

Even though the stay is good,the food is not that much good compared to other.Also the kettle was not working in our room. Otherwise the management, customer service, Cleanliness, complimentary things are good

This is one of the best hotels that you can get near vypin. The rooms are clean and very well maintained including the toilet and bathroom and the staff are also quite welcoming. Had a great time staying here

To find location is easy. The hotel is situated on the side of main road. The food i had from another hotel as i was engaged in other functions. There is a restorant attached to the hotel but i don't use it. There is a bar attached to the hotel, local drankards frequent the place but there was no problems i felt with them. The seanic beauty is excellent from the room.

The rooms were neat, well maintained and the ambience was excellent. The reception desk was genuinely helping with the check in. I loved the communication with security regarding parking too. The place is easily accessible from marine drive fort kochi and cherai side making it apt for my holiday
