I stayed at the old wing. The chairs upholstry looked dirty. The walls too looked aged. The bathroom was clean thankfully. The linen was clean too. The new wing was much better last time Didn't have a meal, so unable to comment. Next time,will book only if the new wing is assured.

Stayed in the Hotel BTH for 2 nights. Room No 353 where we stayed was next to an area where some repair/ construction activity was in progress. Naturally there was noise, dust and cement. Normally the discomfort to the guests could have been avoided if this room was kept vacant for the period of construction activity. Probably the Hotel placed trust and belief on MMT travellers’ ‘. accommodative ’ nature.Overall service and courtesy of Hotel staff was however very good.

Location was very good as it was very close to the railway and Metro station. Easy to get transport to any direction. I didn't take any meals, so no comment. the room was clean and the other requirements were taken care of, very well.

As per Images commitment it's totally waste of Money... Hotel Staff didn't get any complementary water also they didn't wash any glass or bowl or sppon, same things they keep as it is used... we wasted our Money... request to kindly return back 50% of booking value bcz totally last quality worst hotel in Cohin....
