They cancel-led my stay. I found out when i was already on the way to kochi. When i called the previous day, they confirmed my booking. But when i called on the day of check-in, they said they cancel-led because of a water problem. Luckily, i got an alternate accommodation. When i said- i’m coming from bangalore! why didn’t you call and let me know? i shouldn’t have to find out when i call you! their response- what can we do? don’t recommend at all.
