Good Stay
Base 9 hotel is located in the vicinity of Cochin airport but the approach to the hotel is quite interior. Rooms are new & well myn maintained. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but food is arranged on order from nearby sources which is not up to the mark.

Good for early flight due to close proximity to the airport (10 min. Drive)
Everything was good. I arrived at night and the hospitality of the staff was good, the room was spacious and clean, they gave toothbrushes, towels, shampoo etc., the washroom was clean, they gave menus for 2 nearby restaurants who delivered food 24/7 and they had some snacks and tea in the room. However, the air conditioner was not working in the room and it was very late at night and we had to stay for a few hours so we didn't ask the staff about it.

Budget hotel for a single person short stay
A decent place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep & take rest after a long day of sightseeing. Rooms have a good partition covering a living, bedroom & attached small kitchen enclosure. Rooms need more shelves/space to keep clothes.. But service is very average.. bathrooms needs better maintenance, no hot water heater but they have an immersion water heater. Food is from outside but when asked, they said to place the orders directly with the restaurant. Attenders were not always available at the reception. Close to airport but again when I requested for a cab drop back to airport, I was told to book by uber/ola!! More for a single person short visit

Don’t go with the pics , have a look directly and decide
Please don’t go with the pics it’s a very old hotel , rooms have a very dim low lighting, toilet commode’s are not properly fixed , no proper ventilation, no in-house restaurant they get it after we order from out side .

excellent rooms,excellent ambience,very near to airport, hotel people picked up from airport in 10 minutes. everything is there in room hair dryer,heater,convertible bed etc.

Property is good but beds are very small and some power fluctuation is there , there is no locking system for bedroom door, TV cable connection subscription is expired.

Location is near to airport, but no taxi available except the one that arranged by the hotel,that is too expensive. Feels double charged for just one trip. It doesn't provide food.

Excellent Stay
*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever. The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us. The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants. The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there. In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport. The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.

There weren’t many extras, and the atmosphere felt plain, but it was quiet and good enough for a short stay. Not impressive, but not bad either—just a standard, no-frills experience.

Excellent Stay
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy, and had the feeling of returning to an ancestral home. There were many shortcomings, but none that we couldn't overlook for the tariff, and location.
