Could be better
Everything was good except the AC. The room was not cooling as much even at setting of 16 degrees. Had informed reception and they said they would arrange another room but didn’t follow up and we didn’t ask too as we didn’t wish to move to another room. Rooms could be bigger. Nice and helpful staff. Overall, not bad but could be better

Excellent stay, clean and modern room and bathroom
Room was very neat and tidy and modern with reasonable rate. Bathroom was very clean. very near to marine drive, kochi with a walkable distance. staffs are very responsible. the only issue is, rooms are a little bit small, but if you are looking for just a stay, it's more than enough

Comfortable stay
comfortable stay, easy access, reasonable price. Rooms are comparatively small but neat and well maintained. Good for this rate.

Good Stay
The property was clean which is the most important thing. Basic amenities were provided. The location is also good. The wardrobe and study table can interchange location to mk it maybe more space appropriate. However I do understand the window would get covered in that case.

Better Quality Room with Affordable Rate
Good service with easy checkin procedures, overall nice and clean room. But unfortunately kettle is not clean properly bad smell coming out inside the kettle.

Room was way too small and also with mosquitos smells bad asked basic amenity that is iron box and was not available room was clean but not spacious

Rooms are decent, but congested. Rooms are maintained neatly though. They have shown King size bed, but it was not even Queen Size bed. It's a basic 4×6 ft bed and the quill provided does cover only bed size. So, it's difficult for 2 people to use it. It is a good and decent stay for single occupancy. But not advisable for double occupancy, specially if you not a couple.

The room was well cleaned and maintained with ac (cooling was not sufficient or that room) and android TV with alla chnnels with fast Internet.

The stay was good but actually we've faced some issues within the room. The room's charging port (2 charging port) not working. because of that i couldn't use the kettle. And the room also not have any fan but only AC. Otherwise the stay was okey, the costumer service was nice.

Good Stay
Ecovalue Stay offers a calm and quiet atmosphere with well-maintained facilities. The room was slightly smaller than it appeared in photos, and check-in took a bit longer, but overall a comfortable experience.

We had an internship at the high court. This hotel is so close to the high court and is really affordable if your staying with ur friends.
