The property is near ernakulam town north . The location is good and calm. There are many eateries near the property. Here , the rooms are clean and tidy and the washroom is also clean

Non AC room was too hot , it's near to North railway station Kochi, suitable for family. service ok but some cockroaches were there, AC ROOM Not bad

The property is near to the north Ernakulam junction and the rooms and the bedsheets were so clean. The room was spacious enough. The owner and staff were so humble that they offered us extra water bottles for our next journey and escorted us to the cab. Also the owner cared to ask if our stay was comfortable.

It was nice experience. Room and bath are clean and spacious. Staff very co operative. Suitable for family. Reasonable rent.

The stay was comfortable, the room was big enough but it was pretty hot since we choose the non ac room and i guess i blame the weather there. They even gave us extra fans and other necessary things.

Firstly the owner was good. He provided additional water bottles, pillows and bed sheets on request. Room was clean and neat. Suitable for family

Stay was awesome. Well maintained. Staff was friendly. Worth for the amount. Site location is also very good. We can access metro or any other option nearby. Overall the stay was awesome

Not changing daily bedsheets, not cleaning washroom daily, not providing hand soap and towel daily small rooms staffs are good, and cooperative

Owner shared the maps location before arrival. It is very near to ernakulam town station, thus making it very much accessible by train. Amenities are also good for this range. Food is not included.

Location is slightly tough to find out. Earlier room allotment was not upto our expectations but they immediately act on our request and provide better one. Staff behaviour was helpful. Overall a good experience.

Good stay. Travelled as a group of collegues. Work related travel. Friendly staff. Neat room and service was also good. Para-king available in the hotel premises itself.

Easy to locate. Beds were clean and bathrooms were well maintained at such affordable prices. Staff were courteous.

The tv was not working, as my booking was for non ac but there was a provision for ac for making it an ac room, they asked for 600 rs extra.

The rooms was fine. Bathroom was clean enough. Provided with a towel and a soap. Didn't have blankets. The staff and the owner was very cordial. Let me check in early.
