Review Of Park Residency Luxury Business Hotel

room was ok but on First floor whole night there was heavy noise of AC compressor which was installed in my small balcony even for adjasent AC room also.

I booked Park Residency Luxury Business Hotel, Cochin, expecting a comfortable stay based on its “luxury business hotel” classification, but my experience was far from it. 1. No lift access – There was no lift from the reception to my room, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs myself. For a business hotel, this is highly inconvenient. 2. Unhygienic bed – I found stains on the bed, which was quite unpleasant and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one marketed as luxury. 3. No AC control – The room had centralized AC with no remote or control switches, meaning the temperature was controlled elsewhere in the hotel. This made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, despite its name, this hotel did not feel “luxurious” or business-friendly. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

They are providing packet water, after check out they are treated like very bad

it was nice and we had a very good time but it could be a little better with the balcony and room could have been more spacious

I knew the Hotel, beforehand as I was staying in Kochi previously. The rooms and the amenities provided are good enough for the place at the rate they are offering . Also along with food, guests have the option to order drinks(booz), if required . Another plus point is Metro Station Connectivity is very near by .

I had a pleasant stay at Park Residency in Kadavanthara. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Service not good property is average . Not worthy . Staff not trained ,even they don’t know hospitality. They are looking only money . 😏

Service was below par that was the only concern and the hotel was located next to kadavanthra metro station thats the only plus

To place was ok the toilets were not clean and the bed sheets too unforgettable memory is early morning wake up call asking me when i’m checking out!fafter along tiring day woke up with the phone call from reception

The stay was comfortable. Hot water available and they have a mini bar inside. The outside [on the floor] was full of smoke at evening that was a bit unpleasant apart from that the hotel was good.

The worst check in experience. Staffs a rude and not qualified. Room not cleaned properly. Long ladies hair was there everywhere. Ac was fixed at a definite temperature, which was not enough to cool the room. The worst was some howling notice of some machine was there throughout my stay.

It was an excellent stay in park residency and the atmosphere is really clean and well maintained.

It's very good to stay but the room is at the top of the hotel so it's a little hot at night so better select ac rooms.

Good hotel with neat rooms and professional staffs. Good location in the town centre with access to metro station. Reasonable rates!
