Excellent Stay
Stay in Esaa airport hotel was Excellent. I fall in love with that hotel. Excellent in cleanliness. Food was sublime. The staff were courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Average Stay
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property and found the experience to be a mix of positives and shortcomings. The staff were courteous and professional, and the overall service was commendable. The property is well-located and offers a reasonable range of facilities for guests.However, there were several aspects that did not meet expectations. The noise levels from outside were quite disruptive, indicating a lack of adequate soundproofing. Additionally, the balcony was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which detracted from the overall presentation of the room.Given the high cost of the stay, I found the value for money to be lacking particularly as breakfast was not included in the rate. For the price point, one would reasonably expect a more comprehensive and comfortable experience.While I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, I would hesitate to return unless these issues are addressed.

Lovely stay
The rooms we have booked were clean and spacious. The service staff were friendly and the breakfast was great! Definitely worth the money for the entire stay

Excellent Stay
coupleVery neat and clean rooma. Service staff were so supportive and excellent. Location is also good. Only draw back is that they don't have an in-house restuarant. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby

Good Stay
The hotel is just on the airport road near the airport junction. It’s a newly built one with all facilities for a transit stay. Airport is just a 10 minutes drive and a paid drop facility is available round the clock. Rooms are neat and clean and well maintained

Excellent Stay
This is a newly built hotel, nicely located near the airport, it takes about 6/8 minutes to the airport. Price is very reasonable. Very cc-clean & staffs are also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is new, beautiful and very clean. Room is very beautiful, have all the minimum necessary amenities in the room. Towels, bed linen are very comfortable. Room service is good. Hospitality is excellent. I will stay again here when i visit cochin again

Hotel's proximity to cochin international airport ort is very convenient.
I highly recommend staying at esaa airport hotel as our experience there was truly enjoyable. The friendly atmosphere of the hotel made our stay memorable. From the reception staff to all other services provided, the employees were exceptional. The hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms were outstanding. The delicious breakfast served by the smiling staff was a delightful start to our day.
