Pool not belongs to the hotel and stinking rooms

Funniest thing is the pool is not belongs to the hotel. The owner will take extra 250 per head to use it. I don't know why they are show that in their pictures. The rooms are not dirty and washrooms is stinking. The doors are broken and not secure. Room have full of mosquitoes. All over its a bad hotel in a bad location with bad staffs.

Bad experience

Banned the hotel

At the time of booking the pictures are shown the room was not available in actual. I was waiting for more than three hours for room and complaint to MMT care, they try to shift to another hotel but not happened. Only one staff manager was available the whole solo single in the hotel. No housekeeping service. No room service. Bathroom kit not available, even basic thing dustbin, foot carpet was not available in the room. Amenities given in booking many of them were not available. Geyser was not available in room, no other facilities for hot water available. Intercom phone was not working. Terrible cleaning and housekeeping, only one thing was good is the manager's behavior, he was nice but they don't have anything for providing the facility. I am satisfied with MMT customer care service but I do not want this type of trouble no one face.

Terrible Stay

It was quite a bad experience, although I paid completely through online, hotel guys asked to pay more amount as it was not shown there and I was waiting and wasting a long time to resolve this issue. The lift was stuck once and we were stuck in the life between 2 floors and then they restart the escalator and made it proper and told it was due to the lower voltage and only one guy could use lift at a time.

A decent stay with nice view

The hotel is located a bit away from the main roads. Easy to locate though. It provides a good view. The room is big and good but pretty old and poorly maintained. It is good considering the cheaper price options. Located in a serene location.
